1. Subject
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter “GTC”) aim to define the terms of access and use of the website www.triplo.ma (hereinafter “the Platform”).
Use of the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs by any user or provider.
2. Definitions
- User : any person visiting or using the Platform to view, book, or participate in an activity or trip.
- Provider : any agency, guide, or activity organizer offering their services on the Platform.
- Platform / Triplo : the digital space provided by Triplo enabling connection between users and providers.
- Service : any activity, trip, or event service published on the Platform by a provider.
3. Platform's Role
Triplo only acts as technical intermediary.
The Platform allows:
- for service providers to publish and promote their offers,
- users to consult these offers and book directly with the providers.
Triplo is not a travel agency, does not organize activities and does not sell any services in its name.
The responsibility for the provision of services lies exclusively with the provider.
4. Platform Access
- Access to the Platform is free.
- Some features may require the creation of a user or provider account.
- The user agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
- Triplo reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of non-compliance with these T&Cs, fraudulent behavior or abusive use of the Platform.
5. Provider Registration
Service providers wishing to publish their offers must:
- create a professional account,
- provide accurate information on their activities, prices and conditions,
- be in compliance with Moroccan regulations applicable to their sector (tourism, events, etc.).
The Platform reserves the right to refuse or suspend a publication that does not comply with these conditions.
6. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings can be made via the Platform according to the terms specified for each offer.
- Payment, when made on the Platform, is transmitted to the service provider after validation, in accordance with the conditions provided.
Triplo is in no way responsible for:
- the content of offers published by service providers,
- the quality, conformity or availability of services,
- possible cancellations, delays or disputes linked to the performance of the services.
Any dispute must be settled directly between the service provider and the user.
7. User Responsibility
The user agrees to:
- use the Platform in compliance with Moroccan law,
- not publish illicit, defamatory or misleading content,
- respect the rights of other users and service providers.
Any fraudulent use or use contrary to these General Terms and Conditions may result in the suspension of the account.
8. Platform's Responsibility
Triplo strives to ensure the proper functioning of the Platform, but does not guarantee:
- the absence of errors, interruptions or bugs,
- the permanent availability of the Platform,
- the reliability or quality of the services offered by the service providers.
Triplo cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Platform or the services offered.
9. Intellectual Property
- All elements of the Platform (texts, logos, images, design, database, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.
- Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation without written authorization from Triplo is strictly prohibited.
10. Personal Data
- Triplo collects and processes certain personal data as part of the management of accounts and reservations.
- These treatments comply with Moroccan data protection legislation (notably Law No. 09-08).
- The user has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data via contact@triplo.ma.
11. External Links
The Platform may contain links to other sites. Triplo has no control over their content and disclaims all responsibility for their use.
12. Modification of the GTC
- Triplo reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
- Users will be informed in case of substantial modification.
- Continued use of the Platform after publication of the new T&Cs constitutes acceptance thereof.
13. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
- These GTC are governed by the Moroccan law.
- Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
